Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to contact us and request a return.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or used items cannot be accepted for return.
How to Make a Return?
Contact us by email at the address indicated on our Contact page, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Refund
In the event of withdrawal within the legal timeframe, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Defective or Non-compliant Item
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not comply with your order, please contact us by email with a photo of the product and your order number. We examine each situation on a case-by-case basis.
